For Expert Members
We ask every Expert Member to, once a year, review and electronically sign our Terms and Conditions for Consulting contract.
In addition we ask all Expert Members to disclose to us any limitations they may have to discuss certain topics. We store this information safely and use it only to assess a fit for a project.
As a general rule of thumb, we only ask Expert Members to speak about publicly available, non-confidential information, and that they have the right to share with third parties. Additionally, Client organizations DO NOT, under any circumstance, want to receive material non-public information.
For Client Firms
Before you are able to start a project with Focal Fact, in a similar fashion to what each Expert Member agrees to, we ask an authorized person at your firm to agree to our standard Service Agreement outlining rules and limitations with regards to engaging Expert Members with Focal Fact.
